R&D Process
Closely monitored. The research and development department at Marvelux Mannequins pays close attention to detail. Material, color, design, size, trends, finishing, inspection to delivery. Our team has preplanned every step prior to starting any process or production including the logistics of delivery.
Create 3D Drawing
Driven by craftsmanship and powered by innovation. Our artists use the information from our customers to create these marvels of art. Trends are closely monitored, for inspiration of our new display mannequins. We insist that a Marvelux Mannequin be stylish all the time, every time. A Marvelux mannequin is much more than a realistic reflection of mankind it is an interpretation that evokes an emotion.
Deliver 3D Sample
Once the design process is complete we provide our clients with a 3D CAD drawing. Allowing for modifications, adjustments, or complete overall changes. This is where we create the opportunity to make certain that the specifications of our clients complies with their request.
Confirm 3D Sample
The confirmation of the 3D process allows us, the mannequin designer to proceed to the next stage. At this point there is a final verification to prior to the mold development.
New Mold
Using our CAD drawing the engineered mold process begins. Final details and adjustments have been evaluated and processed in order to build the perfect mould form.
Pre-production Sample
A pre-production sample is created for inspection and client approval.
Confirm Sample
Once the client confirms our Pre-production sample. The production schedule is verified to match delivery requests and logistics
Start Production
Within our production model there are many strict levels of development that a Marvelux mannequin goes through. Every step of our production has an inspection process and the quality of the mannequins are closely monitored.
Delivery
The delivery process allows for several steps, proper packaging, stacking and logistics. Delivery instructions have been predetermined prior to reaching this point.
